(HCR 47 - title change resolution) 2006-05-05 House Journal Page 3691 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Guttenberg: Page 3, following line 4: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(2) "firearm" does not include a firearm that has been used in a homicide;" Renumber the following paragraph accordingly. Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Crawford: Page 2, following line 26: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) All money collected from the disposal of surplus firearms shall be used to fund gun safety education programs in the state." Reletter the following subsections accordingly. Representative Crawford moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Coghill objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Coghill: Delete "shall" Insert "may" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 as amended was adopted. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Gardner: Page 2, line 3: Delete all material. Page 2, line 12: Delete all material. Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Stoltze objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Gruenberg: Delete "line 3" Insert "lines 4 - 5" Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 3 be adopted.
